ORGANELLE MARKERS

Many research projects require the localization of certain cellular structures, especially organelles.Antibodies to organelle specific proteins (ER, golgi apparatus, endosomes, lysosomes, nucleus, plasma membrane, mitochondria, peroxisome and centromer) are helpful to locate these organelles by immunocytochemical or histological techniques. Organelle marker antibodies are for example useful to follow ER, Golgi and Endosome dynamics in living cells.
